Joey is very trainable. This girl has one of nicest three legged points you will ever see on a Labrador. She is focused and intense when it is time to work, her nose can find the mark when others can't.  She is from our own breeding and she has a lot of potential. We will be working on her next APLA title in fall of 2007.  She is a certified junior hunter but is working on her senior title.  She marks well and has a lot of drive.  She has a smaller frame (63 pounds working weight).  Raised by our young son Jason.  She loves to play with him on the trampoline.  He is her owner.

 We have enjoyed training this dog. She loves to duck hunt all day but would rather sleep on the sleeping bag instead of in the crate on her duck hunt trips. She has a short but very stout build. She weighs 60 pounds. She can find the birds in tough cover when other dogs would rather move on. Her work ethics and never quit attitude in the field is one that every hunter wishes they had in their dog. Her point is as solid as as they come.

Josiah has one of the most intense staunch point that we have seen. He passed the APLA CPR test without having to be WHOA trained. This young dog spends half his time in the field on point. He was hunted on South Dakota birds this fall, "WOW" was that an experience behind a top quality pointing lab like Josiah. This dog will be one to watch for in future.
